Fall 2014 ~ Weekly Schedule

Peanut Butter Fellowship (Bread for the Journey)             Wednesdays 11 am – 1 pm ~ Academic Plaza beneath Sully’s Statue

On a clear day in the 1970s, a few former students wanted to get together on the A&M campus to remember old times.  Then campus minister Mike Miller grabbed a jar of peanut butter and some jelly and bread and gathered students while a mariachi band was playing.  From that day forward the tradition has continued. Come enjoy a break between classes. We’ll have a casual discussion going on the week’s Gospel text — our true “Bread for the Journey.”
While enjoying lunch, think about what you would have spent if you had purchased your lunch… and consider donating to One Great Hour of Sharing to assist those affected by natural disasters, provide food to the hungry, and assist in helping to empower the poor and oppressed.

Aggie Supper & Fellowship ~ Thursdays 7 – 9 pm ~ Friends Congregational Church ~ 2200 Southwood Drive, College Station (Just off Harvey Mitchell/2818)

Food, Fellowship, Worship, & Faith Formation… Aggie Supper is our weekly large-group gathering. There’s always a home-cooked meal lovingly provided by one of our sponsor churches. Together we share a time of worship and prayer, followed by various opportunities for faith formation, including: biblical study, topical discussion, service and outreach, fun, and fellowship!
