Annual CROP Hunger Walk
UCMers join congregants from Friends Congregational Church and others in the Bryan/College Station community every October to help raise funds to end hunger.
Summers in Peru
Since 2017, First Presbyterian Church in Bryan has invited UCMers to travel with them to the rain forests of Quillabamba, Peru, to serve alongside the Evangelical Church of Peru and other partnering churches. First Presbyterian Church has a long-standing relationship with the people in Quillabamba where, together, they have built a seminary. Since 2018, the trip to Peru has focussed on the medical needs of the community. Grants are available to UCMers who would like to travel with the team.
